@Hal566 Music players are the way they are today *because* Apple found the recipe. When the iPod came out, as the video shows, a lot of the players were chunky, low capacity and didn’t last long on a full charge. Apple changed the portable music market and today, just about every portable music player models itself from the ideals the iPod introduced 10 years ago.

lol 160 kbps is not high quality xD luckily we now have got Apple Lossless files with about 1000 kpbs
